1. You will need a magnetic compass for this exercise.

2. Start with any Exercise. See where your main entrance is positioned. If, for example, it is placed at east, you score 9 points. Put 9 in your score.

3. Do the same for remaining exercises.

4. Add all your scores in the Final Score Sheet and write it in the Total column. The total points indicate how favorable your house or flat is.

5. Check your score in the Rating Scale.
